Skulleating Fairies from Hell

from Music from the Lounge at the Bravo Hotel by Bradley Herr

about

How many words can you think of that rhyme with "hell"?

lyrics

They come out once in your life
And ring as loud as a bell
They fly out into the night
SFFH

Deep from the earth they explode
But when you never can tell
They do as Satan has bode
SFFH

They fall like death from above
And rain like Howitzer shells
Lusting for nothing but blood
SFFH

Don’t walk alone in the dark
Don’t lay where demons may dwell
You can’t outrun death’s cruel mark
SFFH

Now find a place you’ll feel safe
Where all yours fears can be quelled
Then find you’re never away
SFFH

They feel as heavy as stone
The searing pain you befell
They hunger only for bone
SFFH

With teeth that sear through your flesh
and rend your skin into gel
Feel muscles tear as they thresh
SFFH

The searing pain you endure
As they engulf every cell
Then welcome death evermore
SFFH

Now Satan calls to his sulk
To come return to their cells
Away with carcass they skulk
SFFH

The human race are their prey
And thus the funeral knell
Begins to ring to the day
SFFH

They leave but headless remains
of whom nobody can tell
In human blood, the Earth stained
SFFH

And so the scene is reset
Until the next bloody swell
Children, you must not forget

Skulleating Fairies
Tear into bone
They never stop
Until you’re gone
You feel the fire
Your breath elapsed
Tonight will be your
Very last

Skulleating fairies
from Satan’s door
They’ll be your last
memory for sure
So now I leave you
With this to mull
Skulleating fairies
eat your skull
